occasion we announce competition on the best congratulation from users of a

Conditions of competition:
From 25th of
April, till 25th of May, 2007 each registered user or the Members of portal has
an opportunity to congratulate the team of a portal with an anniversary. It can
be as post congratulations, on use of graphic elements and so forth, and
memorable gifts, souvenirs, and also all possible variants.
The main
winner becomes owner of GRANDPRIX - is a package "PARTICIPANT of PORTAL" for
the period of 1 year.
If the winner,
at present, is the member of the portal, he can use the prize later, or place free
of charge any advertising on a portal (banner, block, article) for term of 1-3
months.
